A family farm in the Redland
Horeb Nursery Inc. has been a Florida company since 2006. We grow two hedge plants and try to grow them better than anyone: healthy, true to size, and sold at fair grower prices.
Our story
We're a family nursery in the Redland, the farm country at the southern edge of Miami-Dade, near Krome Avenue. The heat, the sun and the rocky red soil here suit hedge plants well.
We keep our list short on purpose: small-leaf clusia, the privacy hedge South Florida asks for most, and podocarpus, the tougher choice for cold, narrow or formal spots.

We grow it ourselves
Every plant we sell comes from our own farm. No middleman.
Heights you can trust
We measure from the top of the pot, with a measuring pole, and list heights by size.
Straight talk
We tell you what a plant is and isn't. Our clusia isn't native, and we'll never say it is.
Registered Florida nursery
We're registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), as every nursery that sells plants in Florida must be.
