WhatsApp and email lists
We only message you on WhatsApp or send our list if you gave us permission, and we keep a record of when and how you did. Reply “stop” at any time and we won't contact you again.

We never sell or rent your information. Service providers process it for us (Google Workspace email and spreadsheets, the company that hosts this site, and Google Analytics and Google Ads), and we share it when the law requires.
